THLA proposes bylaws amendment
Texas Hotel & Lodging Association’s board of directors and THLA members in attendance will consider and vote on a minor amendment to the THLA bylaws at the October 26, 2021 annual business meeting the Hilton Palacios del Rio Hotel in San Antonio. The proposed amended bylaws add one seat to the THLA board for Bay Area Houston region of Texas.
