It encourages individuals with diverse life experiences and identities to consider a career in hospitality, including multilingual people, women, veterans, older adults seeking second careers, and those seeking to move from part-time to full-time work.

American Hotel & Lodging Educational Institute (AHLEI) Hospitality Careers: A World of Possibilities Brochure.
