Reminder: Every year, the Texas Alcoholic Beverage Commission (TABC) requires all TABC alcoholic beverage permit-holders to submit a compliance report as part of the inspection process. The 2019 compliance reporting period begins on September 1, 2019 and ends on December 1, 2019.
If your property holds a TABC permit, you have until December 1st to submit this compliance report. Starting this year, TABC has shifted to using a mobile device application for TABC-permitted properties to conduct and submit the annual compliance report.
