Meet Mayur Patel, THLA’s 2023 Chairman
THLA is delighted to welcome Mayur Patel to the role of THLA’s Chairman of the Board for 2023
Mayur has served on the THLA board since 2017.
He’s been an instrumental part of THLA’s board of directors, we are excited and proud to welcome Mayur as our Chairman of the Board.
Mayur Patel serves as Managing Partner and is the co-founder of Prosper Hospitality.
Prosper Hospitality is a self-managed hotel investment company that focuses primarily on branded, select-service/extended stay hotels. Prosper Hospitality’s current portfolio consists of 28 hotels with over 3000 guest-rooms located throughout Texas.
Mayur graduated from SMU in 2010 with degrees in Real Estate Finance and Economics
Mayur (Mike) grew up in a hotel and within the hotel business. He developed a strong sense of community and strives to give back to the hotel industry by serving on the following organizations: Visit Dallas Board, Dallas TPID Board, Hitec Advisory Council, G6 Franchise Owners Advisory Council. Mike also previously served on Aahoa Board (2017-2020) and HANTX Board (2016-2020).
Mike resides in Irving, Texas with his loving wife, Chandni, and daughters Lia and Sia. His interests include reading, traveling, and sports.
