Gill, Denson & Company is a property tax consulting firm that specializes in helping hotel owners reduce their property tax expense by appealing their tax assessment.  We represent property owners during all phases of the appeals process with the appraisal district.  In addition to appealing real property valuations, we can assist with filing business personal property (BPP) renditions.

Our hotel tax consultants takes an aggressive approach with depreciation schedules and cost analysis, allowing us to maximize our clients savings.  While we always attempt to settle cases during the informal or ARB hearing stages, we will aggressively pursue cases using binding arbitration and litigation when prudent.
