The Barnes Group is a full service staffing, payroll and human resource service and technology provider with a specialty in the Hotel Industry. Based in the DFW area and servicing clients both state and nationwide, Our team of experts qualify and provide staff, both temporary and permanent, to hotels of all sizes in most markets, from housekeeping and maintenance to front desk and management positions.

If your property has F&B service, we provide front and back of house workers, as well. Our Administrative Services Division provides payroll and human resource technology and white glove services including all processing, tax and insurance deposits, paycards, mobile app access as well as any and all HR functions and document creation and housing. Our level of service is custom created to our clients needs and with over 25 years of experience with the industry, we know hotels!
