Frontier Energy

Frontier Energy helps hotels and businesses reduce energy costs and lead in today’s evolving energy landscape. We’re the utility-selected implementer for commercial energy efficiency programs across Texas, including programs sponsored by AEP Texas, Atmos Energy, Oncor, SWEPCO, Texas-New Mexico Power Company and Xcel Energy.

These programs are available to eligible commercial customers at no cost and provide incentives for a variety of energy efficiency upgrades. These upgrades include LED lighting and controls, high-efficiency HVAC systems, motor upgrades and controls, ENERGY STAR® appliances, commercial kitchen cooking appliances and refrigeration improvements.

Frontier Energy works with businesses, contractors and consultants to help navigate program requirements, identify available incentives, review documentation and support the incentive payment process. We’re brand-, technology-, manufacturer- and contractor-neutral. Frontier Energy is paid directly by the utility program sponsor, and businesses are not required to use specific products or contractors aside from meeting minimum efficiency and/or licensing requirements.
